Praying for Peace and Justice on April 20, 2025
My prayer for peace this morning is to acknowledge that our true peace comes by knowing that we are all children of God and that Jesus showed us how to live in a trusting faith in God‘s love and care for we know that nothing can separate us from God‘s love.
My prayer for justice is for all of the immigrants in our country for all of their families, friends communities I pray that the legal system is fair that they be treated with compassion and respect, and that the chaos and harm is limited I pray that the majority of people in our country will support law, abiding people, and will speak out to their representatives as Christians. I pray that all of us can acknowledge that we are called to love our neighbors as our self help us to be faithful in Jesus name amen.
