Praying for Peace and Justice on August 24, 2025
“Heavenly One, we lift up all children living in the midst of war and terror. Shield them with Your protective love and be their shelter and strength in these terrible times.
Comfort their frightened hearts, especially as darkness falls and terror continues. Grant them moments of peace and the resilience to endure their difficult circumstances.
We pray for their parents, giving them and courage to protect their families and find safe paths forward.
For those in positions of power, grant wisdom and a real commitment to bringing aid, justice, and lasting peace to these innocent lives.
May we all find hope, and see the promise of a world where children can grow in safety and joy.
