Marjory shared two documents (both were included with the email message for these minutes) – a WORD document (final 2020 Budget vs. Actual Income & Expense) and an Excel spreadsheet reflecting the 12/31/2020 Balance Sheet . Both of these documents were discussed.
Some comments were made regarding efforts to address earmarked giving/restricted funds. Also recognition that the building has been used by the charter school but not by other previous users.
There was a general sense of appreciation for those able to give during this period of time.
The report does not need to be approved. The final report is considered accepted.
Temperature of Seekers – Trish Nemore
Trish facilitated a conversation on the temperature of Seekers. The document created from that discussion is attached. Trish requested stewards send their documents to her for inclusion in the final document (the attached document Stewards Meeting Discussion 2 7 2021 includes the additional input ).
